knowledge: Fisheries Evidence and Tuned Habitat Thresholds for BC Watershed Groups

Gathers fisheries evidence for British Columbia watershed groups (provincial fish sampling records, past reports, cited literature values with their quotes, intrinsic-potential models and life-history timing) and tunes from the fish records the gradient and stream-size thresholds that the link habitat models use: it places sampling visits on link's stream segments, scores candidate rules on held-out watershed groups, grades segments by expected use, and tabulates, maps and compares the tuned rules with link's defaults. It also pulls PSCIS crossing layers and past-report tables for a group and checks stream names before a search. Under active development.
